Ling Wu is the Founder and CEO of TBCASoft, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based leader in blockchain-powered cross-border payment networks and total ecosystem solutions. In 2017, in collaboration with SoftBank, he launched the Carrier Blockchain Study Group (CBSG) to promote distributed ledger technology among global telecom operators. In 2023, TBCASoft introduced HIVEX®, a fully compliant international mobile payment network. HIVEX® rapidly scaled to connect Asia’s leading mobile payment providers, enabling cross-border interoperability across over 7 million merchants and 100 million users in multiple countries.

Mr. Wu holds an M.S. in Scientific Computing and Computational Mathematics from Stanford University and a B.S. in Physics from National Taiwan University. He is widely recognized for his leadership in blockchain, fintech, and mobile commerce.

Wei Chen leads TBCASoft’s financial strategy and business model innovation. With over 20 years of experience in technology and finance, he was previously Co-Head of Asia Technology Research at Goldman Sachs, where he covered leading tech companies and advised on IPOs and capital markets strategy. At TBCASoft, he drives commercial architecture, strategic partnerships, and global expansion.

Simon Ma leads TBCASoft’s engineering and technical operations, ensuring the scalability, resilience, and performance of the HIVEX® network. He has held engineering leadership roles at IBM, WebFront Communications, Telenav, and Tango Me, building platforms that support millions of users. Simon brings deep experience in backend infrastructure, distributed systems, and mobile app integration which are core pillars in delivering trusted fintech solutions at scale.

Dennis Wong leads product management and business operations for TBCASoft’s HIVEX network. He brings deep fintech and platform strategy experience from senior roles at HP, eBay, Alibaba, and PayPal, where he managed global payments APIs exceeding $80B in TPV. Dennis’s unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision drives innovative HIVEX solutions that align with real-world market needs.

Ricky Lim leads market expansion and strategic partnerships across South and Southeast Asia for TBCASoft. Before joining the company, he served as CEO at BCS/NETS, Singapore’s ACH and domestic debit network, where he played a pivotal role in building the national instant payments infrastructure (FAST/PayNow), then extending its cross-border business with QR/NFC and instant payment linkages to China, India, Thailand and Malaysia. Ricky brings over 25 years of experience in payments, transaction banking, and digital market infrastructure that included leadership positions at Citibank and OCBC. His expertise is central to scaling HIVEX®’s cross-border capabilities and aligning with regional policy, regulatory, and payment ecosystem stakeholders.
